I am a 30+ year computer professional who has worked with a local real estate firm for some time now… helping setup agent websites, giving them tech tools, teaching SEO, Blogs, and social media. In that time I’ve discovered just how behind they are, and how eager the agents have been to jump on a “top ten in Google in two hours” scheme.

It convinced me it was time to come up with a model that worked for them, that did get their listings up high, but in a way that was consistant, ethical, cost efficient, and continually tweeked. I hope to be a full member of the “third tribe” in short order. Our testing of the model we are developing has proven fruitful, and our agents are getting more lead captures.

Good internet marketing is not a silver bullet.. It doesn’t move that fast. It’s more like a slow, well targeted, wooden boomerang. It all ‘comes back’ to the agent to do things right, at the right pace, with consistancy and practice, and thus with skill.

Let’s here it for the third tribe!
