If you want to do international work you must understand some important cultural aspects. The variety of the cultures inside just one nation can be very great and when you span across different nations the differences become even bigger. This is a challenge that many people just don’t consider and therefore if you do consider it then you will have an advantage. If you take the time to build and grow a network you will be able to do many more things as the network around you will take care of things for you. This is also applicable within the US since, when you look carefully, you will see many cultural differences within the various communities and from area to area. People are different and have different way of living their life. Taking some time to understand the differences will pay back many times in results.
